Hello,
I received incorrect billing for the Month of Feb24 with Rs. 1151 for units 238. When checked with billing man, he mentioned previous months units were also added to the bill as the machine he is using did not track previous months units. So the bill is generated for the units combined for both Jan and Feb. Where as I already cleared the bill for Jan24 charged for units 65 and Bill man suggested to check with accounts office to get this adjusted.
I raised online complaint using tsspdcl app, but no one responded to my complaint. I also visited local sub station office, even they couldn't help on this issue.
Now the question is why does a consumer has to pay excess bill due to the faulty machines used for billing. Also why doesn't the billing happen for exact 30/31 days? sometimes the billing man generates the bill for 30 days and for some months he delays the billing for 3 to 5 days(as in Feb'24), which inturn result in excess billing for consumer.
Is there someone responsible, whom I can contact to get this wrong billing issue resolved?
