I would like to raise my concern on the current electricity bill generated on 10/06/2019 for the USC no[protected] and SC no- A9006015. The reading was read wrong and hence the amount generated was according to the reading. I hereby request you to check the reading and resolve the issue. I would also like to inform you that this is not the first time. Kindly check!

Hi,

Am getting double bill with malfunction of meter with SC No:[protected].

This is the third time am getting double bill.

I called respective AE and he is telling that it's the usage and meter issue.

Please provide me the proper reason to resolve the issue.
