I made an online application for an additional meter connection (Lt1) for 2kw to my existing home on 18-jun-2019 and made payment of ₹3, 292.13 via a credit card payment.
Initially the application status read ‘meter released, will be fixed’ and after 7 days, the application status on the tsspdcl on the website, is now reading as ‘rejected’.
As of date, there is no refund received. It’s apparent, there are no justified reasons attached for the ‘rejection’.
Therefore, how will my amount for the addl meter connection paid, shall be refunded by tsspdcl and when??

My bank has confirmed that the paymnet was done successfully but the merchant web site (billdesk tsspdcl) is still not showing my payment details.
I have my PRN details of transaction.
Please solve the issue at the earliest.
