Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — TSSPDCL > charged with arrears for month of April 2021 in Dec 2021 Bill

I have paid all the bills of TSSPDCL online including the bills for April 2021.
In the bill that I have received in Dec, 2021, there is an additional line item "Arrears after 01/04/2021" with an amount of 1617.

I do not have any pending dues. Why am I charged with this amount?
