Airtel has the most useless customer service call centres.The executives are semi-literate dimwits who have no intention of providing any kind of service to the customers. They are only interested in ending the call asap. So they just put it on hold for a min of 15/20 mins and eventually the call is dropped. In a span of 4 months I have spoken to umpteen customer service executives to get my internet problem resolved. They are nothing more than trained parrots who repeat the same lines like a broken record. As a last resort they transfer the call to the so called supervisors who have even lower IQs. Rahul Maurya, Asif Ali and Ashok Pawar are some of the specimens I've had the honour of interacting with . None could resolve the problem even after 4 months. If this is the quality of customer service Airtel provides , they should just scrap the whole service division and save the costs involved in running it.
In the end though, I was pleasantly surprised by the service provided by Nitin Pratap Singh ( a supervisor) who was very helpful and is in the process of resolving my problem. Thanks so much Nitin for your sincerity and diligence. I think your colleagues have a lot to learn from you.
