Teleking — Badly cheated

I applied for a mobile handset named apple using my mobile number [protected].I had received a phone call from ur company(No.-[protected]/[protected]Vishal) that the same can be bought at a good price of rs.5000 with no shiiping charges .But today(Dated : 09/01/15) i had received the product from yerwada post office, pune(Time :10:30pm).The bar code number is cdo88204394in, e-biller id is 4224 bpcod-tk57361. On opening the product, i found that it contains the statue of ganesh-lakshmi yantra which is also an incomplete one.I had tried your company mobile no-[protected]/[protected] but no respond from it. I was badly cheated and my 5000 money was stolen. So i humbly request your good office to order them to refund my money as soon as possible. You don’t know i am sales tax inspector in pune, so you refund my money in 5 days otherwise i will file a fir on police station and also i file case on court then, you have to come here in pune for court case.
