One and half months ago i activated rs 39 tariff to reduce my call rates (1 paisa/2 sec) for 3 months but on 5th july 2016 my tariff has been withdrawn with any prior information to me. After that i called at company customer care no but there was no option in the main menu to talk to customer care and during this conversation a data pack of Rs 67 also activated by the company at my mobile number.Then i called from another telenor no. of my friend and got chance to talk to customer care, I told about my tariff plan and Rs 67 data plan to him but he denied that he has no record about the Rs 39 tariff and also denied to deactivate Rs 67 data plan on my number and hanged the phone.I have also tried to talk in corporate office of telenor at phone number - [protected] and talk someone present there but as i told about my problem he also hanged the phone and then he not picked my call again.
