I am the commuter of your services from Thane Patlipada till Miraroad station on regular basis. Today I came across your bus driver who was most of the time on his phone while driving this may lead to an accident in the future.
Bus number 153 Bus Number MH 04 LY 1168.
Please take strict action against this behaviour
