Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — TMT Bus Conductor restricted me using my TMT bus pass

I made my TMT student bus pass 4 days ago. I am using that bus pass to travel from last 3 days. But today i.e 12/07/2022 I was denied using my pass by bus conductor. The bus was just departed from ANAND NAGAR BUS DEPOT that time so I was the first passenger in that bus. After getting on when I showed my bus pass to the conductor, HE DENIED ACCEPTING IT. HE TOLD ME THAT HE NEEDED TO UPDATE THE TICKET MACHINE (that he needed to do that work for which he is being paid by the government) AND HENCE HE FORCED ME TO PAY FOR THE TICKET. WHEN I DENIED TO PAY FOR THE TICKET AS I HAD A VALID BUS PASS, HE ABUSED ME AND PUSHED ME OUT OF THE BUS IN THE MIDDLE HIGHWAY. I REQUESTED HIM TO ACCEPT THE PASS(for which I paid TMT) OR AT LEAST DROP ME AT THE NEAREST BUS STOP SO THAT I CAN GET ANOTHER BUS AT LEAST BUT HE DENIED AND PUSHED ME OUT OF THE BUS.

I request TMT to gather all the required information and take strict action against this conductor and bus driver who supported him and update at the earliest or else I would be compelled to file an RTI against the Thane Municipal Transport.
