I Had given my 2-piece arrow black suit for dry cleaning on 21st of July at shantinagar branch Bangalore and was given a date of 28th July to collect it back.
When I went to receive my suit they seemed to have misplaced it and asked for some time to find the article. Now today is 6th of august and they still haven't found it and are being so unresponsive and not attending any of my calls. Both the HR and the Hub Manager.
My Arrow suit was of 12000INR price tag and the hub manager says according to their policies I will be receiving a refund of 4000INR. which i didn't agree to take as this is so unfair It was my only suit which i was carrying to travel to USA coming this mid august and I had to still get the fittings done from a tailor.
