I Had given my 2-piece arrow black suit for dry cleaning on 21st of July at shantinagar branch Bangalore and was given a date of 28th July to collect it back.

They have collected my clothes for wash and iron on 21st june 2021, the pick man said they will return the clothes by 23rd june, i have been trying to connect them since 2 days but nobody is responding to my calls, i am a working professional and i have given my formals and they are least bothered to return my clothes.

When they cannot return the clothes on time then why are they even picking up.

Dear Sir please note that these guys from Laundry Basket have lost a Jacket and a Shirt of Mine and the cost somes upto Rs. 6000/- when i raised this concern there was no response for a few days. then they came back saying they'll reimburse Rs. 205/- which i haven't agreed upon.
I need your support to get this resolved and to get me a justiable outcome.
This guys are extremely non responsive and dont care attitude towards law...
