Hello,
I am kshiteej hareshkumar bhatt, residing in navsari city of gujarat state. I had issued my license in2009 fron navsari city's rto. I also do have its original copy of the license with me.
Now i want to convert it in my digital format on mparivahan application, so on inserting my dl no. On mparivahan it is showing me "no details found". Due to this i'd to pay the fine to the policemen twice as in front of him my details are not there on mparivahan. I keep a colour print copy of the license with me and policemen do not accept that and to keep the original copy in the pocket is a risk as government provides only 1 copy whose ink gets fade by keeping in wallet. '
