I, Varun Thapliyal, applied for changing my address on my Learners License on[protected]. It has been Four months!! as of now and the application status is still showing pending. I have tried to call on provided phone numbers on the website and Emailed several times, but haven't got any responses. I request anyone reading this from the respected department to respond to me.
