I had done insurance for my Samsung Core PRime Rs.8350 With Insurgence. The phone got damaged so i had called the insurance and they took the phone.and after 1 month they said that you have mention Wrong date so your claims was rejected. after that i have resent the all document to Hyderabad for claims purpose . Now they are not responding to phone or email.and also said that you have do as you want to do and using abusing language . .so kindly help to me as early as possible .

I have purchase the mobile phone from kore mobile gf 11/12 & 13/12 kunj residency cum plaza tower b&c opp palace near polo club lalbaug branch vadodara .Contact no [protected]

i have already submitted all the required documents hard copy and soft copy both
i have submitted all documents three times but they are every time rejected my insurance claim.
Then i have do the all fowops from the ahmdabad office ( mr.Chirag ) but they are making me full since 1 and half month .So i request you kindly take streak action on kore mobile and the new india assurance company ...
