My name is dhaval kumar pandya and i am working in cognizant technology solutions, pune. I have raised medical reimbursement claim for my father's bypass surgery in new india assurance private ltd on 26th may 2019 and it was approved on 15th june 2019 and the claim status got changed to 'ready for payment' and it has been more than a month and they are not releasing the payment.
Every time i call to their customer care number and i get the same answer as please wait for 7 days. And now after 1 month also they are saying the same.
I request you to kindly take an action against them.
