Sir my mobile phone was broken in a accident so I was claim on 7 December which was accepted by the insurance company on 12 December. And they said they will pickup my mobile within 3 days but they aren't pickup my mobile 21 December. I am very upset from the service of this company. Please give me some solution to pass my claim and repair my mobile
