I, mrs. Pratiksha narahari kamat have taken mediclaim policy from the new india assurance co. Ltd. (New india). This policy was first taken in the year 2007 and i have paying renewal premium every year. My customer id is h45595370. My mediclaim policy no. Is[protected].

As per policy document, in a block of three claim free years, 1% of policy amount is reimbursed for preventive health check up. I have undergone preventive health check up and submitted all the required documents to m/s. New india on 19th january 2018.. But my claim for reimbursement of rs. 5000/- is not being done even after four months.
