The Panel Station — About the worst policy, worst customer care and the worst process. | ||
Dear TPS, I am very sorry to say that your panel is one of the worst panel in the world. You are very worst even in resolving the complaints of your panelists. Your customer care section is the worst. Neither do you pay attention to any complaint nor do you respond to it. This is the reason why on all the review sites people have abused you whole heartedly. 1. My 2515 points are lying under review since 6 months and 555 points since 11 months. What is this method? 2. You deducted about 2000 points from my redemption box without any information and without any reason. Which I earned by my hard work. Moreover, even after I complained, till date no response was given by your end. 3. You have put 2800 points earned by my hard work in the reject box, while there can be no reason to reject them. Because I have sincerely completed all the surveys, which I attempted. What do you have to say about all these complaints of mine? Kindly reply as soon as possible.
