The Panel Station — Unable to redeem accumulated points

I have been a member of TPS for almost 5 month and have previously been able to redeem my points using my "date of birth 07/30/1995" as a requirement to redeem points however for the past month to date when I try to redeem my points with my accurate date of birth (07/30/1995) I get an error message saying "Enter a valid date of birth" and my date of birth is correct and the same as date of birth I submitted on my registration form when I joined.

I have written more than 20 emails to TPS and they don't read my emails concerns but send me the same an automated response that says (see below). I have explained numerous times that their system must have deleted or changed my date of birth since as members we cannot and I wouldn't have redeemed my points previously if I could have submitted the wrong date of birth when I joined. I have done more than 60 surveys and accumulated 29094 points to date, redeemed 20000 points and left with a balance of 9094 points to date.

All I need is for TPS to rectify my date of birth as clearly there has been a glitch on their system that definately tempered with my TPS account.

Brother you got your money or no because my problem is also same it is showing invalid tell me if it is possible to update DOB now
I am unable to redeem my points. The error says write to help desk for resolution. I did email them but not sure how this will work. Please assist on this TPS

I am really satisfied with the TPS customer support. They reverted to my mail within 2-3days with a proper resolution. Though it seems vouchers aren't available at the moment for redemption, but I am sure it will soon be available. It's been 6months with TPS and I really never had any problematic issue with them. Thanks TPS.
Hello sir, I really need help because I forgot my DOB but it is important to redeem please. I need your help.
