The Professional Couriers — 18 days delay in delivering parcel with shameless rude behaviour

Hi,
My parcel (Ref, no amd[protected] booked thru professional courier
It took 18 days to recd the parcel after lot of followup
I personally visit swd depo for the parcel.
My order got cancelled and it cost me rs, 2500/-.
There was no apology and very rude and shamelless behaviour of delivery person. Also he threaten us about future delivery
