I want to bring out very unprofessional behavior or Professional courier. I bought Diwali gift for my relative which has to be sent to following address:

Professional courier picked up saree on 18th November (According to Sudipa Mahapatra, Silk Hub -Phone no of Mrs. Mahapatra is [protected]). Today is 3rd November, saree is not delivered, nor I received tracking ID. When we asked for tracking ID, Howrah centre replied “they lost tracking id, it’s not their job to find tracking ID from so many sarees”.
I want some tracking details or update on this expensive saree. Otherwise we have to take it to legal level.
