Firstly they charged 400rs for a package that weighs 2.4kg to send within the state. I thought this the bad but then comes the worst. An item was missing from the package. The cost of that item was 500rs. This is disgusting that your staff started to steel items from the packages that you are supposed to deliver undamaged. Shame on you professional couriers!
