The Professional Couriers — Package not delivered even after 1 month

I have couriered a package from Banglore hsr sector 7 on 30/09/2021 to Rae Bareli and which is showing in the tracker as it reached Rae Bareli on 04/10/2021 but it has not been delivered till date and when asked they are not able to give a proper response.
