How van you all not pick customers phone call and when i went and asked about it they told me that they get lot of calls so they don't pick it

My id is maa[protected].in chennai to mirzapur dispatched on 8.1.19.but still i didn't received. That parcel having a medicine. To worst.. Ur service. More than 12 over.
