2 days before i apply pan card at rs.379 through pancard.com via post . but it delivered since they not validate my pancard its a fraudster website so government of india should take steps to ban the webiste and refund my amount.

I have applied for new pan card right! I have submitted my document to thepancard.com but it has been long time since my validiation process has not been completed i tried to contact with customer care but there was no reply from that side i have been hugely disappointed by them!

My customer number is :A3388146

Actually I submitted my all my personal details on the private site i.e. Thepancard.com and also submitted 379 Rupees.Later I came to know that there is a fraud and I want my money back and they have voileted my breach of privacy

Here you are cheating us, we are normal people, neither you give the pancard and nor refunded..pls give our money back... The pancard in fraud company.

As they mentioned on their site that epan card filling. But after submitting money they will provide you paper to post. if we wanted that paper we could have went to the pan card govt office. And they charge excess money approx 380 rs. No customer service is available. This whole site is a fraud to loot people. They provide physical form to fill on the name of e pan card and charge excess excessively.

on enquiry request ID ##2200370## 24th April gave me Speed Postal ref as EA[protected]IN dated 21-Jan-2021. But, the PAN cards issued has gone to wrong address and they have returned it back on 28-Jan-2021. We have applied for change of address to our permanant address and most o[censored]s or Super/Sr Citizens. Further when asked, reply comes as re-apply. This does not justify.
I have paid Rs800 and waited for 4 months. This should be resent to our address as below. Kindly arrange.

I applied for my pan card on 24th march, got notification for correction needed on 7th april.
As i needed my pan card asap, i informed them to discontinue the application process and give me the refund after deducting relevant charges. Because i have already applied for my pan card in offline mode and i also got my pan card within 2 weeks. But i didn't get any response from thepancard.com
And no further update of the application is there, they are not responding.

The address is fake

The website charged me and asked me to mail my related documents for pan card registration but there is no update from their side regarding the application status and they are not responding to my queries as well. i have serous doubt regarding the legitimacy of this website.

It hasn't been a day after I registered and payed the pan card fee 379/- and I found so many complaints about it and I hereby request refund on it

I applied for a pancard through this site the page was so clean and government like. No one could differentiate if it's an official or unofficial site. After I applied then I was browsing internet and found complaints about this site. So please I want my re fund. Please help

I am Sai Raahul from Bangalore I had applied for a Pan Card from The Pan Card .com with the reference id A358827 in the month of January i got updates about in email for the first week but then the updates were late when I checked the website at the end of march it was updated that the application will be soon submitted revalidated and submitted to official then I was checking through the website daily then I got fed up then I went to the website and tried complaining to the customer care but i could see any number but i could see a chat box I tried submitting my query there but their response was like they dint have sufficient workers I have been waited for nearly 2 months till now but there is no update I need my pan card as soon as possible because I am in a urgency to make a bank account please consider and help me to get it soon

In november 2020, when i did google search for pan card, this fraud company first came up with this name Thepancard.com.
so i thought this is a government website, thats why i applied for pancard through this website. they charged 380 rupees for my pancard (government authorised website charging 97 rupees for pancard)
now almost 6 months is over, but i did't get my pancard.
sir it s a fraud company
please take action on it so that others will not be the victims.

when we search on google why this fraud company's name appear first?
at least change that fraud company's name

I have applied for the name change in pancard and paid amount.Couried the application.A3502104

On first validation there is objection and I replied to continue with that and uploaded the required documents.

It's been 2 months still didn't get my new pancard.Checked in portal it was under validation only they didn't submit my application itself.

How long we can wait for new pancard, it's very emergency.

Please help me or otherwise atleast refund my money.

I had applied for new pan card for my mother through Thepancard.com on 19th March, 2021 and made
payment of Rs. 372. My Application Customer Code: A3609105 .
Then I couriered my application on the given address.

Till now it is showing no documents reach to them.

In need my money back and people can aware of their irresponsible behavior and fraud.

Hi, very pathetic service from your end. Even after submitting the relevent changed aadhar card still this application is under process. What type of service is this. The government site is giving the pancard in 1 hour but as i have paid for the sevices and the courrier. I was waiting for the pan card to be issued from your end but not received it till date. Please dont cheat people with your fraud website. Will be reporting to the consumer grievience and also to ombudsman. Please give me my refund if your company is so incompetent and useless.
