Have made the necessary payment of Rs.399/- and sent the documents. I have also received the acknowledgement of the payment and message that the validation of the submitted application and documents had been done by 18th of March.
However, even after a month I am waiting for the coupon number which was to be received after their submission.
How many days more after the coupon number is given will I get the actual corrected Pan card?...Another 2 months??? It would be simple if they could provide us with a contact number or call up personally and tell us the approx. time in which the service will be completed, given that all the depts. are working with low proficiency in these times of Covid.
