The company is now threatening me by asking me to remove my complaints and comments stating they are fraud/scam or else they won't refund me my money. I want people to know this company is fraud and that no one gets into this trap.

I am so sorry you had to go through all this abuse and mental torture. What's disturbing is that even with so many documented cases on consumer forum, the business continues to operate and cheat more people fearlessly. Its horrible.
I'm filing a class action law suit and bringing him and his website down kindly support by sharing order details, money debited etc
If you have been scammed I suggest taking screenshot of all chats, invoices and email them to Worldline India you can find their email address on website. It is the payment gateway for this website they'll provide you the refund tell them how thepetcare.in is stealing money. Everyone should do it so the website gets banned permanently. Also lodge a cyber complaint at National Cyber Crime Portal of India.

I have contacted worldline india to confirm if refund has indeed been initiated by merchant. So far nothing useful but by what they arent saying looks like merchant lied about refund... it doesnt seem to have been initated. Have escalated to their nodal officer. I hope to get it in writing. Then will file FIR with cyber cell and approach bank if they can initiate chargeback with FIR. I am not sure, but it might be an option in such cases for upto 90 days
