I placed an order online on thepetcare.in for Royal Canin Puppy Food German Shepherd 12KG on October 28th, 2022 and made a payment of ₹7505 for which I got a confirmation email and order ID #6885. And after couple of days I was given a tracking number for the order but the product was never handed over by the seller to the delivery company. On November 10th the seller cancelled the pick-up and my order. Upon contacting, the seller said I would get my refund in 2 days. Its been over 2 months now and seller has been ignoring the messages, call and emails

I too have been tricked by this merchant. He claims refund has been initiated, but didnt get any notification from payment gateway. I am trying to check with them directly too. I may have to file FIR with cyber cell. The whole thing is mental torture. Were you able to file a class action suit ? If yes, could you share any details I can mention as reference in my FIR if needed ?
