I had taken the trial for Byjus course (11th &12th and NEET) and they promised that if we don't like the product, we can refund it. But now when we are asking for email they are not doing anything about it. No call or email when we asked for refunding. Neither did we get our ticket number. Customer care members have been ignoring me and they did not do anything for 72 hours. Not apologetic at all. They said we'll get a call in 24 hours but we didn't. Lack of responsibility. The wrose service I have ever seen.
I'll take this to the consumer court if I have to.
