Hi
I made a purchase online on february 21st at around 19:00 pm through the google play store using my axis bank account. The amount debited my bank account for 799 but the online game for which i was making a purchase didnt complete and i didnt get the uc credit from the online pubg mobile store.
When contacted playstore they state money cant be refunded as per policy and have removed my purchase history as well. However i have paid for a charge which i have not received and would either like the money back or credit given for what was being purchased on the pubg store. I can be reached via email @joan.
