I made a purchase online on february 21st at around 19:00 pm through the google play store using my axis bank account. The amount debited my bank account for 799 but the online game for which i was making a purchase didnt complete and i didnt get the uc credit from the online pubg mobile store.

When contacted playstore they state money cant be refunded as per policy and have removed my purchase history as...
