I have already made the payment for annual subscription and several follow ups done, but still the subscription coupons have not been received. The cheque got cleared a long back.

The subscription has already started on 15th january 2019, customer care said you will get it before 15th jan 2019, then next time they said I will receive it before 15th Feb 2019, but it is 18th feb 2019 but I haven't received the coupons.

Customer care also not doing anything. Please help.

For the last almost 40 years i was reading toi. But never felt so much let down
By toi group because of the headline printed on 15.02.2019. It is much painful
To digest the insinuation behind the printed headline and hence i have decided to boycott toi, also decided to start boycott campaign against toi unless unconditional apology is given (Not the like of logic given on 16.02.2019)

I am a subscriber of toi. I have given a cheque rs 1462 and rs eight cash to your representative. Now i am not getting paper as well as my cheque and cash rs eight.
He is telling cheque bounced. But why??? He has to tell the reason or he has to contact me.

Our vendor deepak vichare is also not responding.

Now please do needful to resolve this problem.

Can u please explain what the hell " local youth " meant to u? It was a bloody terrorist attack.. Not a attack of local youth..

It is submitted that i have choose 365 days newspaper scheme of times of india. I was also paid rs. 365/- to toi through cheque in september 2018. But neighter the coupon of scheme was received nor any message/phone call received from agency that coupon was delivered to me. When i inquiry to agency they replied that coupon had already been delivered to me.

Done online payment to TOI on 10th Jan 19 and got confirmation call that my payment has gone through and i will get my papers delivered. But till today (14/02/19) TOI team has not delivered the papers and when i checked with TOI team they say, they didn't get the payment.

Need to take necessary action on them. Got my money and they are saying they didn't get my payment. Fraud guys.!!!

I am staying in aravali vihar sainik colony in faridabad, haryana. The name of hawker in our area is manoj. He is very irregular in distributing newspapers in this area. All residents are very annoyed with him. He also misbehaves with people. He have made a monopoly in this area and fights with other hawker if someone comes in this area. I am times of india reader from last at least 25 years and now from last 3 months i am not able to get newspaper. I have shifted in this locality just 3 months back and facing this problem. I request the company to change the hawker in this area.

We had paid for yearly subscription for your newspaper on[protected] through paytm. The subscription id: ch[protected] we had received a message from your company but without any order id. The person who delivers the newspaper to our place has told us to provide him the order id else he would not supply the newspaper even after paying for the subscription. Kindly provide the order asap

Did not receive an acknowledgement for the online subscription for toi for rs. 599. Nobody answers the customer id as well. How do we resolve this issue?. I had received a message asking me to subscribe online for the renewal of the paper for one year. Neither do the telephone numbers work +[protected]. It is constantly engaged. We have subscribed for news paper under yearly discount offer on 8/01/2019 via cheque for rs.849.00 with one mr. Kallayya who came to our door step to collect the subscription, and was told that by 10th on wards the papers will be dispatched, but none of them turned back till 15th. Hence we called kallayya he told from 21st jan. The papers will be delivered. Even after that we did not receive any papers. 1st february, on calling to one mr. Ravi whose number was provided on the day of subscription by kallayya, we were provided other number to contact karthik, who gave again lokesh number saying he is the distributor of our area, but as per lokesh he is not handling our area, there after again another number of vendor mr. Pradeep was given by mr. Ravi, but on calling pradeep he delivered that day's (I. E. 2/2/2019) paper around 8.30am. Next day again paper was not delivered. When we called pradeep, we were informed that he has not received our subscription details.

It is ridiculous, in spite of subscribing for a year. We have to follow-up to receive the paper. Mr kallaya who collected the cheque assured saying-"be cool sir/madam, you will receive the paper" can we know till how long we have to wait to receive our daily papers? It's been one month now. No one taking the responsibility to solve this. If there is no service or any difficulties, kindly arrange to return our subscribed amount. We need your prompt response.

We have changed address in the month of january and we have given request and proof for the change of address, we were also informed that copies would be delivered from jan 16 2019.
From then onward we have been trying to contact toi crm chennai team through the mail and phone crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com/[protected].
We are getting only complaint numbers but not resolution.

I have deposited a cheque (No.513948) of amount rs 895 through my news paper vendor in the month of jul 18. The cheque was deposited to my bank in the month of october 18 and therefore got returned by the bank stating that it got deposited after expiry of three months. The bank charged rs 177/- for this returning of cheque. Due to this delay i had to pay my news paper vendor a sum of rs 525/- for the three months. This loss of rs 525+177/-= 702/- has occured solely due to the fault of toi office not deposting the cheque on time. Therefore i need to be compensated by providing me news paper subscription for 09 months starting from mar 19 on a payment of an amount of rs 895/ — 702/-, which is amounting to rs 193/-.

You will send paper or not..? this is ridicules I'm following for past 5 days not even attending single call.. I've tried to 5 to 7 different contact numbers please give response atleast, or please give me my amount back.I'll try some other newspaper who will deliver the paper genuinely

Sir, i am a new joinee customer of times of india paper daily in my village taldangra, dist-bankura, pin-722152. But today, when i went to get it, they overcharged it by 6 rupees and denied to provide me the economics paper along with it. This paper value given is rs/-4 and will be rs/-6 if i take econimics time with it. But they take 6 rupees but dont take the economics time, rather they directly inform to report or call in your office. Now, please help me by sought out this problem so that i can get this economic time along with this fair price. My address is

Dear sir, through the esteemd collum o[censored]r complain boz i waould like tostate some thing and bring down ur eyes on a notice.
I am stating a complain on chennai police,
Being an outsider to this city i always lived in proper rules and regulation. Until today, i was driving back home from mount road and there was a police baricat stating that it was not having any light.
Seeing a police baricate my friend slowed the vehicle and suddenly a police contable didnt come to stop us but hitted us with his stick and i got hurt. Seeing that thing i was very scared and told my friend to not to stop and drive.
I might be wrong in this part but for me for that situation i felt to save my life.

Chennai police is one of the gunda i felt who dont give respet to work or citizen they. Believe in beating teilling it to my friends they said its common here my queation is why is it so.. Baricat means stop a vehicle and check with documents and then take action..
I feel pitty and scared to be in this city

I would like to know what do you want to convey through this article. It appears you are a sympathizer of the grand old party whose ideas have run out.

I took toi subscription on 28/05/2018.. My receipt no-dea03021 payment was withdrawn from my bank vide cheque no 535157, corporation bank, but till date i have not received coupons despite several reminders46whenever i dialed several times subscription phone no [protected], it immediately takes to record message and i receive no reply back
