I had subscribed for 6 months TOI and ET combo on 01 Jan 24(TS3002948A), the delivery of newspapers was to commence from 04 Jan 24. I had lodged complaints on the customer care Complaint No 01389031 dated 05 Jan 24 and Complaint No 01389992 dated 08 Jan 24.However, till date the newspaper delivery has not started. Being a central Government Officer, I am moving out and had requested for cancellation of my subscription and refund of my amount on 09 Jan 24. On 16 Jan 24, I have received a mail from the CRM that there is no refund and cancellation policy.
I fail to understand whats happening with TOI, You neither start the delivery of paper as per the terms of contract nor are ready to refund my subscription amount since I have not availed your services. This looks like a fit case for Consumer Court as TOI is resorting to arm twisting of the customers. Please resolve on priority. Was this information helpful? |
