Your agents said that you offer 6% deduction on old gold instead of 8% but at the time of billing when I noticed 8% deduction, they claimed deduction is applied as making charge discount. But that my discount is there irrespective of old or new gold, so how is it 2% less deduction? Your agents lie because they know no one will sell old gold if you deduct such a high percentage.and consequently you will neither sell new Jewellery.I am reporting...

I have a Gold Harvest scheme A/c. No.15181982 link with my Bank account but due to some reason only two instalments are paid that is 4000/- rupees. I have visited your Premtala Silchar store on last Friday and applied for closing of my said account and required documents also given they told me that within 48 hrs. my bank will be credited with 4000/- rupees but till today no amount received on my bank account and they are unable to answer...
