Sir,
I wanted to have a pair of TitanEyePlus glasses and for that I visited Titan Eye Plus at Ranaghat, Nadia 741201 (Clear Sighty, 47, A-1, Swami Vivekananda Road, Ranaghat) on 20th Fedbruary, 2021. I gave them my prescription and the representative there informed me that it would cost Rs. 3199 for those pair of glasses. I instantly paid that amount with my card and they said that they would informed me once the glasses woulb be available to them. Then the called me on 27th February, 2021 and delivered my glasses with the frame I gave to them previous day. I tried the spectacle at thec showroom and put it in the case and returned home. But the next day, when I put on the spectacle, I found something wrong. Though I am not technically sound with ophthalmology, as a coomon man, but the problem was like that from the top, suppose 60% vision was all right, next 10%, the vision through a particular portion was blur, like a wave, and again then the rest 30% vision was clear. I went to the showroom on 5th March, 2021. But they could not understood the problem with the glasses, they said that it seemed to them all right and asked me to go over thrir showroom on next Monday as on that day there were no technician or store manager. I went to the showroom again on 8th March, 2021 accordingly. Now the representative examined the glasses and confirmed that there were problem with both of the glasses. So they took the spectacle and assured me to replace the same with corrected ones. But till now I have not got any call from them.
Here with grave heart, I want to put some question regarding my experience with renowned Titan that:
Is this type of experience expected from so reputed brand?
The ordinary local glass which I brought the next day, as I cannot be without spectacle, worth Rs. 250 only is far better than oue Titan Eye Plus.
Therefore, now I don’t want to have Titan glasses and if the authority would compensate for the trouble they served me and return me the amount I have paid to them, it would be really good.
Kindly find the copy of bill/invoice, which they did not provide at the time of payment but later while delivering the product, for your ready reference.
