I have taken the membership of toplite holidays for 5 years and I paid 45000 rupees .now I want to book hotel room in goa and no contact number is reachable and no response to my mail.kindly help me either to get refund or to give reservation.my membership id is MEMBERSHIP NO: TPAN15222/092.I paid the membership fee through SBI and bank of baroda credit card.

    I regret to inform you that my experience with Top Lite Holidays has been nothing short of a nightmare. After purchasing a subscription worth INR 45000, I discovered that the company is nothing but a fraud. Their website is non-functional, making it impossible to access any information or services. Furthermore, all attempts to contact them through their provided phone numbers have proven futile, as the calls go unanswered or result in disconnected lines. Emails sent to the company bounce back undelivered, adding to the frustration. I have not been able to use the subscription at all, and it has become evident that Top Lite Holidays is engaged in deceptive practices. I have gathered all relevant documents and am prepared to file a complaint with the consumer court to seek resolution for this fraudulent transaction. It is disheartening to see such dishonest practices, and I hope that appropriate action is taken against Top Lite Holidays to prevent others from falling victim to their deceitful tactics.

      I am in goa in 7 may 2022 and toplite people are coming and took to the hotel neelam and give the scheem and took 75000 Rs so i want back bcz not giving any responce and call aslo swich off so its a fraud and i want money back.

        3. DESCRIPTION - we were lured to purchase their programme in the pretext of having wonderful holidays in the future but its a fraud company. they have never been able to book any hotel as promised charging maintainance fee and even that also not able to book five/four star property at the given time and place . I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT THEM IN TIME, ALL FAKE PROMISES. CONTACT NO IS UNREACHABLE, EMAIL ADDRESS NOT FOUND.

        4. PLEASE REQUEST A REFUND.

          I purchase a holiday membership from Toplite holidays in August 2022.
          After one year when I planned to avail a holiday as per my entitlement in Aug23.
          On website I tried to apply via online form, but no responce. I have mailed the requirement, but the mails bounced back citing Mail does not exists. I tried to contact on phone they says some IT issue. Isuue not resolved even after 15 days.
          I asked for alternate arrangement, they refused. Now they are not picking the phone also.
          When searched on net I came to know that there are several similar complaints against them.
          They are frauds & doesn't have any property/not affiliates to any property.
          Please help me to recover my money.

            I was brainwashed by one if the Toplite member Salman during our trip to Andamans. They promised somany holiday options but now when we want to book there is no response for over a month. There is only one number shared and that's switched off most of the time. I would like to make others aware that this team is a big Fraud and never trust any thing they say. I have invested a good amount in this and need to get out of this.

              I had joined the toplite holidays scheme for 25 years and have been paying emi as well from credit and debit card. Now trying to make a booking for vacation but reservation email id is not working and emails are bouncing. Their phone is switched off as well.seems like a fraud.

                Hello TopLite Holidays Victims, I am REOPENING this complaint, TopLite has put it Resolved without resolving the issue.

                Responding to Toplite Message: My bank emailed them (TopLiteHolidays) multiple times, stating chargeback has not been initiated against their company, all they need is to refund the amount to the Loan Account number. even though they have ignored and marked as resolved. I have discussed this issue to my relative who is "Inspector of Police" Shiva Kumar and "Superintendent of Police" Samaram SIR. will take legal action.

                So, please be caution about this Top Lite Holidays Scam.

                Complaint Summary:

                On Jan 2nd 2022 around 4pm, one of the Toplite Holidays sales person, reached us while we are shopping in Goa near KFC, stating that they have 11th anniversary since they are providing gift cards, offers etc & made us scratch the card until we got an offer. Later he said just have a hotel tour at NEELAM GRAND Hotel - (Calangute Goa which is steps away from KFC) and give us your feedback it will take less than a hour - we can provide discounts on your next trip in Goa. So we went.

                The lady Rep.Asma - asked all information from us and started to tell that we have 11th anniversary since we are providing 40% off on actual prices.
                Said below offers:
                25 years package - Rs.1, 40, 000
                Includes 7days a year free stay for 25years, Total 8 members can go for holiday in a 3BHK Villa, you can choose any 4stars & above hotels like Hyatt and other few, can avail free Breakfast/complimentary drinks. if you don’t use any holiday in a year, you can carry forward up to 2year holidays i.e, 21 days and minimum maintenance charge only if you use holidays/year. If you want to use extra holidays we can carry from next/previous year or else pay amount Rs.7000/week. and some destinations we charge 12k, 16k and all international 22k

                15 years Alternate - Rs. 1, 20, 000
                Includes 7days a year free stay for alternative under 15years (i.e 7 times), Total 8 members can go for holiday in a 3BHK Villa, you can choose any 4stars & above hotels like Hyatt and other few, can avail free Breakfast/complimentary drinks. if you dont use any holiday in a year, you can carry forward upto 2year holidays i.e, 21 days and minimum maintenance charge only if you use holidays/year. If you want to use extra holidays we can carry from next/previous year or else pay amount Rs.7000/week. and some destinations we charge 12k, 16k and all international 22k.

                after completion of explanation, she called SANA, and introduced. asked SANA to provide what plan/offer is suitable.

                we had some discussion related amount, since its huge amount we can’t spend that much and then they have talked about our card limits, EMI options, and possible payment modes like pay 30% and rest you can pay after reaching home. still in thinking process my wife went to take care of our baby. Later they have said - Sir, there is one more plan which is actually for new married couples, even though you are not eligible for that i am giving it only for you because you are showing interest but thinking about money.

                Then said about 10 years - Honeymoon - Rs.70, 000 - SANA particularly said that only difference from 25years and Honeymoon plan is just years. everything is same. which is - Includes 7days a year free stay for 10years, Total 8 members can go for holiday in a 3BHK Villa, you can choose any 4stars & above hotels like Hyatt and other few, can avail free Breakfast/complimentary drinks. if you dont use any holiday in a year, you can carry forward upto 2year holidays i.e, 21 days and minimum maintenance charge only if you use holidays/year. If you want to use extra holidays we can carry from next/previous year or else pay amount Rs.7000/week. and some destinations we charge 12k, 16k and all international 22k.

                as we were spending much time from our holiday its been 1 and half hour so I took my wife card and while checking the details, suddenly a guy came up and took the card and sent a link for payment and did it in under a minute. and later Asma came up with papers and said sir its an agreement between you and us since we need your signatures. I saw the papers checked names/amount/tenure years. They did not mention, showed, underlined or stressed any of the points regarding Apartment Type, Maximum Occupancy, Entitlement. which I came to know after coming back to my home town. So in Hurry and since as we have trip plans we left the hotel.

                Next day customer care called regarding welcome call and was clarifying the details that membership has alternative plan for 10years which is only 5years - A couple plus 2 kids under 6years for 7days. I said am not accepting that, this is not they have told us. and not approving the membership. Enquired in family and friends gave negative review saying there are frauds, scam. Since I rushed back to hotel and asked the same. The plan details are not right, moreover I saw bad reviews. as there are other people in room they have increased music volume and asking us to calm down since its not professional i kept calm and asked to cancel and give refund. They started the right person is not available now. later 30min of waiting SANA came up and started stating sir we have discussed whatever is the paper, none of the offers are my creation. and you signed the papers we cannot refund amount. you can use our service if you dont like you can cancel but you will not get refund. I argued with them for 20min no help and I tried up calling my bank and reverse my payment as they were not helping me. Since I was getting delay for return flight I had to leave from that place.

                After coming back to Home, I replied to email stating this is not at all acceptable, you guys are not providing me services which you are offered and additionally now the papers have AMC - Charge Rs.9000 for every trip in year used and should pay before we use free trip and to maintain membership active.

                From then I have spoken with 5 members of Top lite Holidays: Each one of them are telling different options/offers now. And upon arguing related to offers which were told, now they are saying that I am a Liar and asking why did you sign papers. Will you sign your property if we give papers? They are rude and not at all listening to me.

                Please, Help me regarding this. Even though I cancel i will be loss paying interest on EMI's even explained this point but they are talking very very unethical manner. Literally they mean you can’t do anything now.

                Since we have every right to cancel as a consumer: if the said offer/service is not provided or misleading information on service. More over the card I used belong to my wife I did not ask her while paying and she's not approving the charges.

                So, I request the officials to please make TOPLITE HOLIDAYS cancel the membership and REFUND the amount. and I need a sorry from customer service people who called me LIAR.

                  Not allowing multiple rooms to be booked

                  I am not been provided with option to book 2 rooms for me and my parents, although I have more than 7 free nights available.

                  I know this can be done as I have availed this for earlier bookings...

                  My name is Prashanth. My wife and I visited the Havelock Island on Sep 4, 2022. We got caught in a scam by Toplite Holidays Private Limited on the same day.

                  We were going to the Radhanagar beach, on the way we were stopped by a person who offered us coupons. He took us to a place where an orientation was happening.

                  We got caught in this trap and went to the hotel TSG Blue...

                  Refund my money

                  Since 1year toplite holidays is not providing any services.it is purely a fraud company.i complained so many times but no response.i want my money back. Toplite is a scam company. I need to go to police to close this company. Victims like me can complain in all forms of social network police consumer court whatever the media you have to bring this scam expose to society....

                  . I am writing to bring to your attention a grave matter of fraudulent activities and mental harassment perpetrated by Toplite Holidays Pvt. Ltd. during my visit to the Andaman Islands, specifically Havelock Island.

                  On 27th October 2021, my visit to Havelock Island took an unfortunate turn when I was targeted by an individual affiliated with Toplite Holidays Pvt. Ltd. Under the pretext of celebrating the hotel's anniversary, this person approached me with an enticing offer. Little did I know that this encounter would result in a distressing series of events.

                  Deceived by false promises and the allure of prizes, I was coerced into accompanying the representative to a resort where other couples were also present. At the resort, I found myself trapped in a meticulously orchestrated scheme designed to pressure and manipulate unsuspecting tourists. The representatives of Toplite Holidays Pvt. Ltd. subjected me to relentless mental harassment, making false claims and exerting undue influence to coerce me into making a payment of 90, 000 rupees. Throughout this ordeal, I was denied the opportunity to read or comprehend the contents of the agreement, leaving me vulnerable and exposed to their fraudulent practices.

                  In the aftermath of this distressing incident, I have made countless attempts to seek redress from Toplite Holidays Pvt. Ltd. through emails and phone calls. Regrettably, my pleas for assistance and resolution have been met with silence and a complete lack of accountability. The company's blatant disregard for my well-being and their refusal to engage in any form of communication have compounded the mental anguish and emotional distress caused by their actions.

                  Given the severity of this situation, I implore you to take immediate and decisive action. I respectfully request the following course of action be pursued:

                  Thorough Investigation: Conduct a comprehensive investigation into the fraudulent activities and mental harassment committed by Toplite Holidays Pvt. Ltd. This investigation should encompass their entire operation, including their recruitment methods, sales practices, and treatment of customers.

                  Legal Action: Initiate strong legal proceedings against Toplite Holidays Pvt. Ltd. on my behalf and in the interest of justice. Their deceptive tactics, mental harassment, and failure to fulfill their obligations warrant appropriate legal repercussions to prevent further victimization.

                  Victim Support: Provide comprehensive support to victims who have suffered at the hands of Toplite Holidays Pvt. Ltd., including counseling services to address the mental trauma inflicted upon them. Additionally, establish a mechanism to expedite refunds and compensation for financial losses incurred as a result of the company's fraudulent practices.

                  Regulatory Measures: Strengthen and enforce regulations within the tourism industry to protect tourists from falling prey to such deceitful and exploitative practices. Collaborate with relevant authorities, including law enforcement agencies and consumer protection bodies, to establish stringent guidelines and ensure their strict implementation.

                  The mental anguish, financial loss, and emotional turmoil inflicted upon innocent tourists by Toplite Holidays Pvt. Ltd. cannot be overlooked or taken lightly. I implore you to act swiftly and decisively to rectify this matter and restore faith in the integrity of the tourism sector.

                  Your urgent attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. I trust that you will undertake the necessary actions to hold Toplite Holidays Pvt. Ltd. accountable for their fraudulent activities, provide relief to victims, and safeguard the reputation of the Andaman Islands as a safe and trustworthy tourist destination.

                      When we are walking in beach, one person came to us and mentioned that we won a scratch card and we will get free night stay in goa. And taken us to Neelam grand resort and introduced to toplite holidays team and we have taken membership for 65000rs for the tenure of 10yrs along with yearly AMC of 10, 500rs and offered 7 nights stay every year across the world. And also promised 4 nights free stay in selected resorts.

                      They promised that apart from these charges no need to pay additional amount and reservation should be done one month prior.

                      But when we i called for booking, the response we are getting is no rooms available Or Mailbox issue or power issue in office or not answering calls & not responding for mails for weeks. And I asked for what is the escalation process, no response on it.

                      Last month i have raised a request for 7 nights booking in Dubai for August'23.
                      Support team said rooms available but i have to pay AMC (10, 500 rs) and currency exchange fee of 500$ i.e. 40, 000rs.
                      And no where they mentioned this much huge amount needs to be paid. I realized it's a fraud company and lot of negative reviews in online.

                        Not providing services after taking money

                        This is the 2nd time i am raising a complaint here agaist toplite holidays. They have told to provide 5 star hotels while taking the membership. The list they provided for the hotels - are all 5 star. But when we book the hotel for stay at that time they will not provide the stay in those 5 star hotels they will provde stays in cheap - remote location hotels - like 2 star that too without complementary breakfast. We have to beg again for...

                        We got caught in a scam of Toplite Holidays Private Limited Company on 21 October 2021 in Goa.
                        We were on the way to visit places from the hotel, on the way we were stopped by the company hired man, he told us about his hotel anniversary that today is his hotel anniversary so he has a proposal for couples in which two cards will be given, if we become winners then we will get gifts at their hotels, by opening the cards she becomes the decided winner. We got caught in his trap and went to his hotel NEELAM GRAND HOTEL. One of their condition was that they would scratch the card after we walk around the hotel and Know about their membership. We went to the hotel and then they took us to a room where all the couples were already seated. We were also seated and explained how we could save both our money and time by subscribing to this company. Manohar Panday walked us through her list explained to us about the places to visit around the world, then showed us some pictures of couples traveling to different places across the world through this subscription with payment of 1.50 lakh. We decided to take the plan, we found this plan easy as it covers both national and international tours. and as now when we are planning for trip all booking phone line are closed even the person Manohar pandy No. Is also switched off. Thay make fraud with us please help to resolve it thanks

                          My wife and I got caught in a scam of Toplite Holidays Private Limited Company on 29th March, 2022 in Goa.
                          We were going for a lunch near Calangute beach, on the way we were stopped by the company hired man, he told us about his hotel anniversary that today is his hotel anniversary so he has a proposal for couples in which two cards will be given, if we become winners then we will get gifts at their hotels, by opening the cards she become the decided winner. We got caught in his trap and went to his hotel NEELAM GRAND HOTEL.One of their condition was that they would scratch the card after we walk around the hotel and Know about their membership. We went to the hotel and then they took us to a room where all the couples were already seated. We were also seated and explained how we can save both our money and time by subscribing to this company. Akansha and Kalpesh through their list explained to us about the places to visit around the world, then showed us some pictures of couples traveling to different places across the world through this subscription. We also decided to take the plan, we found this plan easy and affordable as it covers both national and international tours.

                          We were fully promised that we will get free pickup and drop facility, 4*, 5* hotel, and 9000+tax maintenance charges per year(AMC) if we will travel through it, and nothing more.We decided to take a 5 years plan which was of 1 lakh. I had less money in my debit card, so we were offered EMI. Asked to do EMI from CREDit card but due to slow internet, he converted EMI from his laptop. We were not even given a chance to read the agreement and they took our signatures.
                          we came to our hotel and read the review of the company, there were many negative comments regarding membership, we understood that we were caught in its trap. I got the membership card as per their timelines but when I tried to use it by calling them or dropping emails they started making excuses - hotels not available on that date, they changed rules as well. They were giving me list of hotels which were not listed in their brochure. Also they were offering the cheap hotels with higher prices than market. I dropped lot of emails, called mANY TIMEs No one picks up. Now their SUPPORT number is switched off :[protected]. Kalpesh and Akansha who sold me this have already left the company. When I told Toplite over email that I am going to file a case against your company there was no response from them.
                          I know I am cheated and I don't want anyone else get into this trap. People who are doing this kind of stuff with innocent people, how do you get sleep at night? Don't you have a family. I curse you, you gonna loose everything in life that you earned by doing this.

                          I want to cancel our membership and want my full money back(1L). Anyways I am going to file a court case.

                          I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments. These Highly Organized frauds with Honest and poor people, who pay taxes and you looted their money, you ### you won't get space in hell.

                          I have not availed any service from Toplite yet, why are you lieing?
                          I have been sending mails for last 2 months but you did not provide any proper resort/hotel. You provided the list of hotel ( which were cheap not even 1 star hotel)which were not listed in your brochure.

                          on 3rd June, I got call from Toplite(Vibhav Rathore) and he assured me that I will get refund in 24 hrs. Now that 24hrs. already passed, his number is coming as switched off. I responded to Toplite over email about this incident and seems they are not aware of this. Let me highlight this:
                          everyone is this company is fraud.
                          They do not provide any genuine service. they take your money and forget. its a cheat. when you start complaining then they start offering. I dont want any one else to get into this trap and I am going to expose TOPLITE. I have all the evidence of their fraud.
                          They won't give you the hotels which are listed in their brouchure.
                          they give the cheapest hotels which no one will use
                          they don't pick up your calls
                          support number is switched off
                          on email, they keep on giving different excuses.

                          I just want my money back(100%), anywas I am gonna file a case.
                          I have all the proofs in written over email.

                          The number-Vibhav Rathore, who called me on 3rd June, his number is temporarily out of service.
                          I need a clarification; are you going to cancel my membership and refund my money or not?
                          I have not used any of your services, paid you 1 Lakh. I have all the evidence of your fraud. Just let me know ASAP. YOU are delaying me in filing the case. I am going to highlight this on all social media platforms, new media, newspapers. You guys will be arrested soon. Just wait and watch.

                          I am not getting any response from Toplite, even if I raised the complaint here, sent multiple emails also on the consumer forum emails, what to do now, I don't think I have any other choice then filing a court case for this fraud.

                            Me and my husband were in Andaman Havelock island where we got caught in a scam of Toplite Holidays Private Limited Company in November, 2021.

                            We were going to Radhanagar beach, on the way we were stopped by the company hired man, he told us about the company and one day discount.

                            We got caught in his trap and went to the hotel TSG Blue resort and spa. One of their condition was that they would scratch the card after we walk around the hotel and Know about their membership. We went to the hotel and then they took us to a room where a lady named Ronak explained to us about the places to visit around the world, then showed us some pictures of couples traveling to different places across the world through this subscription. We decided to take the plan, we found this plan easy and affordable as it covers both national and international tours.

                            We were promised that they only give 4*, 5* hotel bookings, and some yearly membership fee of 10k is charged, and nothing more. We decided to take an 25 years plan which was of 2.5lacs.

                            The lady was so much in a hurry to sell the plan that she traveled with us back to our hotel which was 15 kms from tsg resort as we were not carrying our credit card. it is that day and this day that lady is not reachable her phone number is not valid as she promised she will attend us till she is working for toplite, and no other person was assigned if she already left- fraud number 1

                            After 2 months when we dropped our first reservation enquiry for Mumbai she said all the rooms are booked in other hotels
                            Though we enquired 30 days before booking date and it was asked that 14 days before booking date you will get the rooms.
                            Fraud2-
                            And since last 1.5 years when we are trying to book/reserve hotels they either-
                            1. no rooms available
                            2. No response till 1 week time
                            3. Mobile number not reachable given at website
                            4. 3 star hotels are given

                            In April, I was booking for Goa they said in April and may we don't have bookings
                            i changed my dates to June it has been 10 days I have not received hotel names from them.

                            we tried calling them but number is not reachable or out of service, we want to cancel our membership and want our money back.
                            I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA(they told us their head office is in goa) please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments.

I paid that using my Credit Card ( pay id- pay_J47JVwxTmMqVQp). We were not even given a chance to read the agreement and they took our signature and given a mem id- TP070322/219
                              we came to our hotel and read the review of the company, there were many negative comments regarding membership, we understood that we were caught in its trap. However, hoping that we will try for Holiday 2023, we came back to Bangalore.
                              Now we are trying to plan for Holiday which is even 3 months later, they are informing there is no Hotel available. Also, no one is answering our calls, you send an emai, they reply after 5 days with an appology, we want to cancel our membership and want our money back. These people are frauds, scammers.
                              I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments. These Highly Organized frauds with Honest & Innocents Tourist which bleed honest citizens from their hard earned money.

                                This company is looting customers like us
                                Before membership they shared list of the hotels they are affiliated with and later they changed the list to include bad hotels.
                                Now they are also delaying the bookings by 2 months
