Address: Toplite Holiday Goa, Neelam the Grand Hotel, Arpora, Goa

This company manupulate us to join their membership with fake papers and when we asked them to cancel membership amd refund our money they charges 22500 in terms of 18% gst .Then we asked them to gave reciept of charges they refused snd said they mail us and in mail they don't provide any gst charges detail in fact they said that its our will to charge cancellation fee and there is no mention of Gst charges. In terms of Gst they fooled us and take our money.

Thanks for your kind chat on forum but on what basic are you complaining that the contract papers our fake if you are a member I'm sure you must be aware that its a contract which is read and signed .Its clearly mentioned Non Refundable Non Cancelable.
Secondly we cannot find your details please drop in a mail with TP ID and contact the team.

    Hello Sir/Madam,

    I have been scammed by the toplite holidays Pvt limited yesterday on 7th Dec 2021.

    As part of the scam I paid Rs. 90, 000 to the company via my debit card in two seperate transactions (40, 000, and 50, 000).

    The UPI id to which I made the transaction is :- [protected]@icici

    UPI transaction IDs are :[protected]for Rs 50, 000) and[protected]for Rs 40, 000).

    I have reached out to company officials multiple times since yesterday but they decline to entertain any requests for refund.

    I humbly request hdfc to please look into the isse and reverse the transaction. These are scams which bleed honest citizens from their hard earned money.
