Dear Sir, We are facing the big issue about electricity gone more than 5 times in this month from torrent power and it’s resolved then very next day again same things happened. We spoke to customer care and also put an email regarding this issue to torrent power but they are not serious about this matter to resolve this issue on top priority. We are being harassed by torrent power during this summer while sleeping. Please take necessary action against torrent power for this dispute as they are taking huge services taxes from us. Dear Team,

Electricity was gone of three & four house only into our society which are connected with one fuse as per best of my knowledge, rest of all other houses electricity still on and didn’t went off yet.

How could you justified it with too much hit was in the city during this period, and for your kind information your 24x7 contact number was dead at 1:30am when I was put this complaint against you, I was tried since 15-20 mins continuously but it was sound beep……beep……

You can not justify this issue cause with your scripted notes.
