Torrent Power — Electricity bill high for the month of april 2024

I live in a 2 bhk flat in near mankoli and my electricity bills is very high which is more than 17000 for the month of april was somewhere arounf 11000 last month, when I called customer care I got to know the meter had a reading of 1200 units this month
can someone please get this checked and fix it.

Its a lot for a middle class person to pay....
