Today, on 26 jun 2020, torrent employee mr. Sharma who introduced himself as an engineer with torrent power, agra, came to my house no.: 157, awas vikas colony, sector 9, agra, (Service no.:[protected] along with his team, which came in white maruti eco vans: up80ct9183 and up80ct9184, threatened and misbehaved with my family members and tried to force a new power meter in the premises, which was without any prior communication, letter of approval, justification and certification for calibration check, efficiency, parameters gauged and verified from any standard agency.
He also conveyed to us that he has not taken positively, the complaints letter filed on 18 march 2019 and 16th april 2019 by the said customer (Service no.:[protected] and he is there to give a befitting reply for the same. Although, he was allowed to come inside the premises, check the existing connection meter and take snap shots of the meter and connection but he still continued with his hostility and indecency which is highly unacceptable, deplorable, not meeting any contract, ethics or professional attitude of a employee of a service provider company like torrent power, agra. This is a gunda behavior from a torrent employee and should be checked at the earliest and appropriate reason with justification should be provided for not replying to my previous complaint letters on dates: 18 march 2019 and 16 april 2019 and instead, sending this gunda sort of employee to misbehave and bully the customer. Please help me in safeguarding my family and stopping this ritualistic unruly and bullying behavior of torrent power, agra employees.
