Torrent Power — I had applied for meter on october 2019 but till now they didnt install my meter and they are providing me bill

Respected sir/ madam i abhishek pandey i want to draw your attention towards my issue. i had applied meter on october 2019 but till now i hadnt got my meter installed at my shop. the problem is i almost complaint and visited torrent power office 100 times but it was of no use. not only at my nearest location i also had complaint at kalwa, mumbra. the problem is meter is not installed but still i m getting bills. even if it is not our bills they had forced me to pay bills they said they will install meter when i will pay bill of that meter which is not installed at my place.
i have 3 shops same issues i m facing for my 3 shops.
consumer no of 1st bill[protected]
consumer no of 2nd bill[protected]
consumer no of 3rd bill[protected]
please help
