Sub:- Illegal electricity is consuming from Service number [protected] by the neighbour.

Respected Sir,
The room of above mentioned service number always locked because no one live in this room. But a neighbour by means of wrong method consuming illegal electricity from that metre.
He has supplied illegal electricity to three houses. Therefore this metre monthly bill always remains zero because he don't use electricity in a legal manner.
I had highlighted this issue because he is consuming direct power since 12 years.
I hope that TPL will take action against them and ensure a hefty fine. Thankyou.

TPL officials has visited the above service number but the owner of this meter had already changed meter setting to on. The officials has captured photo of this meter and they will do further process.

Torrent Power customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
