Torrent Power — Negligence towards work

From the last 25 days we have complaint about our broken meter box but till now no action has been taken, the meter box is fully damaged and the place where it is held is also not safe for the trespassers, we demanded for the new meter box but still no one cares, last time when I called torrent power they told me that they will resolve my issue in 2-3 days but now it is the 7th day, and still there is no response from their side. Now if any mishappening happens due to our box than torrent power will be fully responsible for it and after this complaint if no action is taken by torrent power than I will file a case against torrent power.
