Torrent Power — overcharged electricity bill

We have received an overcharged electricity bill for the month of march, april & may 2020 during the lockdown.

Our past history shows the consumption track... Lockdown doesnt give us the opportunity to install 5 or 6 airconditioners or other appliances as it was lockdown:)*irony*... Then can torrent power explain me that if i didnt bought or installed any appliances how come we are using these much units of electricity.

Torrent power is clearly looting us by sending their hiked bills for us to pay... Citizens shall stand unitedly to curb such looting practices by these private companies.
