Torrent Power — POwer Cut off in my place

Torrent is the worst power supplier ever. We were first in Kalher and now in Mankoli.

The situation in Mankoli is far worst and in Kalher also the situation wasn't any better.

The worst power supplier. And yes when ever we call there customer care some ignorant person picks up the call and give only two answers. Breakdown or Maintenance. How come when they do maintenance there are so many breakdowns?

And there is no schedule for Maintenance. They can take permit any time and start maintenance. They send sms one day prior to the maintenence which is ridiculous. You cannot plan the weeks production as power can go any time. And friday if they are doing maintenance they will not send sms.

We are fedup of the power supply given by torrent. They are so irregular is power supply but very regular in cutting the power supply if bill payment is delayed.

Please take action Against them they are just playing with the consumers.

I am absolutely fed of this irregularities in electricity supply. Electric supply here in Kasheli thane is the worst thanks to Torrent Electricity, there is no time frame of this power cuts it can happen anytime according to their convenience, they don't care whether it's late night 1 o clock or early morning 4 o clock and for how long these power cuts goes on that too is a mystery, wether it is for 3 hours, 5 hours or sometimes whole day they don't give a dam, but will regularly send their bills on time.They need to be held accountable.what a sham!
