Touch Lcd House — Fraud and fake

I ordered samsung j6 plus display with touch in combo on dated 22.08.2020, order id is 56140 Paid Rs. 1899 to touch lcd house through hdfc netbanking but i have not received any confirmation regarding order even when i'm calling nobody is responding please help me to get my refund & take strict action on such type of fraud company.
