Touch Lcd House — Not refunding my money

3 to 4 days back I ordered lava x41 plus touch replacement I waited for the tracking number and order update but no update is shown now I have canceled my order I have mailed them to refund my money but they didn't reply back

same fraud thing with me. did you initiate legal proceedings/ police complaint. Looks like they are making a good money out of this big fraud1
