KIND ATTENTION CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Please refer to the email sent to you on 24th in respect of the Non delivery of Innova car by Bebbco motors to Maj S.N Kapur.The facts of case are appended below :

Maj S.N Kapur is a senoir citizen ,who Innova car order was made with bebbco Motors and after protected correspondence the dealership agreed to give Innova car to him through CSD Depot Ramgarh.
Bebbco motors were provided release order from CSD on 30th Sept 2011 after the provided neccessary performa invoice and availability letter.

The dealership promised the car to Maj S.N Kapur by 20 Oct 2011,which they postpond to 23rd Oct 2011 sitting delay in dispaches
They have now recieved the said car but are not releasing the car due to Adelphi Bombay letter dt 9 sept 2011 (copy enclosed).

The dealership has been told that they have to honour the CSD release letter,already under their possession which has been duly accepted by them.

This is not known if they are in touch with toyota company and seeking any clarification.

This dealership should be adviced to release the car instantly and avoid further stress & strain to the customer ,who's 76 year old senior citizen and need this car for his medical needs.

Treat this as very urgent and direct the dealership to honour their commitments.

    We are rquested to take action against Bebbco motors Ramgarh who book the car and issued release order.

    The dealership has been given the release order in the last week of sep 2011,who intern

    promised car by 20 oct. how ever on , he postpond the delivery to 23rd oct stating deley in dispatches.

    Now the dealer forwarded toyota letter on 22oct and said that he is unable to provide the car , in light of toyota

    letter,yoy may kindly refer to my email to dealer, which clearly status that csd depot has issued release letter,

    which has to be houour by dealership and accordingly the car he delivered to the customer.

      We purchased a Toyota Corolla Altis vehicle about 2 years ago.Right from the begining there have been 2 NAGGING PROBLEMS which have been continuing till date.

      1. A problem with the steering

      We identified this problem right from the start o[censored]se of the vehicle. The problem was brought to the notice of Toyota dealer in Kochi, not once but several times. Several times they have taken the car for repair of this roblem, got it sorted out but the same problem crops up after a week. Once we felt that the problem cannot be handled by the mechanics at Toyota dealer, we have contacted TOYOTA’S main office in Bangalore, India and about thrice a special “ENGINEER” was deuputed by Toyota to Cochin to resolve the problem, but with no avail. The problem still persists and it is affecting other parts like tyres, brake pads. We have the Engineers report which reports the problem. Now, when the complaint is being registered both the dealer and your main office at Bangalore simply ignore the complaint. We are at loss whether this is a manufacturing problem of just one car or whether the problem persisi with all TOYOTA COROLLA ALTIS vehicles.

      2. A manufacturing problem with the roof of the car due to which there is an irritating rattling sound from the roof. Every time the mechanic takes it for repair he says it has been resolved but the problem from day 1 STILL PERSISITS.

      Just nearly two years have gone by, we have already changed the brake pads and we have so much rattling sounds from all over the vehicle. We are thinking of “DISPOSING” the vehicle. We are shattered at the lack of response and are really regret having wasted “HARD EARNED” MONEY”on the vehicle.

      We have once again put up the problem with claim for replacement of the faulty vehicle/ reimbursement of cost of vehicle if they are not able to repair the faults but have received no reply from them.

      What we are worried is guarantee period of vehicle will get over by Jan’2012 and it certainly looks like the company is trying to stall time

          I have received two emails from Mr. Lee Chin Wilson 24 Wilford Park, London, United Kingdom, stating that I have won two prizes from Toyota Automobile Company UK ($570,000USD and a brand new TOYOTA Camry car). They claim that the car will be shipped to me from Barrow Sea Cadets which is supposedly located in the United Kingdom.

              Subject: Toyota Factory original issue should be corrected as a recall.

              My car was purchased from Toyota dealer in Miami, Fl in 2006 it's a Rav4,it's a great care. Toyota are very good cars. I have always take n my car in for repairs and very pleased with the repairs and service also co-workers. My warranty is over and I still take it in for my oi change and the maintenance. But now it's been very difficult lost my job his been harder, a suprise today my battery went dead just today 10/18/11. Had to spend a lot of money for all the repairs and main duties to maintain my car in great condition. The miles are only 29849 miles on care that's all it used for these years since 2006, this care should bt have this other problem it's only 61/2 years old.
              Today the mechanic and the gentlemen that help me informed me of this car has this problem, I also noticed need to be repaired the INTERMEDIATE SHAFT FOR THE STEERING CONTROL. has to be repair as soon as possible. That's alot of money that I don't have available a this time, and don't know went I will have the cash this scares me when driving each day. Don't have a job but continue sending resumes.
              Because of the miles of my car your corporate office should agree in recalling this care for repairs for the above problem at no charge. Please consider helping me because this is a factory defect issue.
              I would appreciate yuour help with this matter and reply back to me, that it will be taken care of at once at my conveniene.

                My Toyota Innova car met with an unfortunate accident, when a speeding tanker truck banged the stationary car in the rear at a traffic light. I send the car for repair to the authorized toyota workshop attached with Galaxy motors, Motinagar, Delhi from where I had purchased the car. The workshop estimated the cost and the insurance person made the assessment. At that point the workshop said they only replace parts and not do welding, etc.. The assessment was for Rs 3.5 lakhs. However when I went to get the car, I was told that the total bill was Rs. 1.25 Lakhs. It was late in the evening, and I took the delivery.

                Next day, however I found that many parts of the car were missing like plastic covers, rubber pipings, and the spare tyre. This lead me to to enquire further on whay the billing was so low. I was told that welding has been done to the car beams. As far as I know the welding will reduce the safety of the car and as an authorized workshop they should not have done so.

                Now since the repairs have been done and the Insurance firm has paid its dues, what is the option for me. One can not monitor everything, and has to go by the words of the workshop person. I feel that I have been cheated due to the negligence of the workshop which should have replaced the parts and not do the welding and compromise the safety of the car. I have already written to the customer care at Toyota Kirloskar Motors Ltd.

                Can I now take this complaint with the consumer court?? Also, are their standards to which the service center or workshop needs to adhere too - Any automobile specific standards, and for Toyota in particularly.

                  Dear Sir,
                  My ETIOS was delivered to me in Feb 2011.
                  Writing out a complaint was the last thing I expected to do for it.
                  Anyway - the problem - is I get STUCK Doors & have to physically pull at them very hard before they open- they seal up the car - once a day - this exercise is necessary - I wonder why.
                  Secondly foam keeps coming out of the car between the dashboard & the wind screen & has to be constantly pushed back.
                  Why is this happening to a TOYOTA product??

                  i own toyota etios liva and agree to all what is written above.
                  1) vibration is everywhere in front cabin
                  2) suspensions are not good.
                  3) if you do not use car for 4/5 days, doors get stuck and you have to put a lot of effort to open these stuck doors.
                  4) battery gets drains out if you do not use car for 7 days
                  5) mileage is not at all what they promise in product ads.

                    I booked Etios Liva Diesel Car on 13th September 2011 with Uttam Toyota, Sector 63, Noida.

                    At the time of booking, the sales person offered me to deliver the car within 15-17 days, and even after more than 25 days, I did not have any clue if my car will be delivered.

                    Now, after so many days waiting, they are asking me to Cancel my booking or wait 45 more days for my car.

                    It seems like they sold my car to different customer by taking bribe (or what they called premium) because the persons who booked the same car after me, got their car delivered?

                      Innova booked on 9th June and made payment in full on 28/08/2011 and vehicle not yet got delivered.

                      Even after making the payment in full for Innova to M/s. Harsha Toyota on 28/08/2011, Vehicle not received. I have given complaint to Customer care over phone to Toyota, Bangalore. The reference no. of complaint isTCM[protected] dt 07/10/11. The name of the person received the complaint is Mr. SYED.

                      I appreciate the authority to initiate the correct action on the Dealer and ensure the compensation pf my interest on the amount...

                      We just bought a TOYOTA Etios two weeks ago. The brochure promises remote locking and when we went to collect the car, we found out that the duplicate key does not have a remote! They were very adamant when we asked them for a remote for the duplicate also.This is unfair and should not be allowed to happen. Requesting concerned authorities to take it up

                          Problems have arisen with the car since it was serviced that I was not made aware off.
                          Have had to approach a friend who works for one of the recovery services to sort a problem out when I was away from home working the other day.
                          Queensferry Toyota used to be excellent but it seems to have gone down and the customer service is not very good at all.
                          Since its service and MOT I have had to spend more money than I had not planned for.
                          I do not feel I can use Toyota at Queensferry again.
                          Other members of my family have had problems with them as well.
                          Not a good reputation for the company.

                              Dear Friends ,

                              I received an SMS on my uninor number that i won 10600000.INR in the promotion event by TOYOTA LOTTERY INCOPERATION..U.K
                              I replied to the sms out of my greed for money . within few days i received an email from toyota u.k. which stated that a senior diplomat MR. Henry Bran will be delivering the parcel to me (along with his flight arrival details).
                              The diplomat arrived or not it is not confirm but Mr. Henry Bran contacted me on my cell telling to pay Custom clearance charges. As i told about my greed i paid it.
                              Then i received a call from a lady who introduced herself as RBI official in Online transfer department, new delhi. and took my bank details.
                              Then i was mailed a https link for transfering the amount 10600000 INR to my account. the site looked like an RBI site.
                              Then this transfer process was prompted by following codes "C.O.T","TAX CLEARANCE CODE","IMF CODE".
                              upon asking for codes they mailed me via rbi_new.[protected]@accountant.com that i have to pay more for it

                                      I have purchased Fortuner in August 2010. It has done 20000 Kms. Mostly on pavour roads the braking system of this vehicle is not working properly. The Infinium Toyota, Ahmedabad dealer has checked the vehicle for 4 times but he was not able to solve the problem, He has reported that brake disc has worn out, I believe in such a short running it is not possible unless there is a grave manufacturing defect. This has to be looked after by you. As at this stage I do not want any tempering with original parts. If they are found defective company should replace them free of cost and pay me the compensation for harrassment. As I am a Retd. Govt. Officer, my sources are limited. The car is not stopping immediately. There are all posibilities of Road accidents. Twice I had faced this problem. Sometime Right Front Wheel makes noise while braking where as sometime it does not make any noise. Overall problem is that the car is not stopping while braking at speed of 100 kms. I have been told by private mechanic that there is something wrong with system. I do not know how far it is true? I request you to arrange for special check up by some well qualified mechanic as I am not satisfied with the performance of the braking system of the vehicle. If problem is not solved I will have to take further steps to protect my right. I am reporting this problem to the dealer since 1st service but none of them there is paying proper attentiom. I had reported the problem to the company but the company is not kind enough to reply me in this matter. Please suggest me suitable remedy.

                                      This is with reference to the Toyota Innova car having registration number DL 4C NE 6719, which was purchased on October 2010 by my company Indicus Netlabs Pvt. Ltd. Unfortunately the stationary car was hit in the rear by a speeding tanker truck 12/09/2009. The passengers, especially a four year old child sitting in the rear on a car seat, escaped unhurt due to the wonderful safety features of the car. The safety aspect was one reason of our purchasing the vehicle.

                                      Subsequently, the vehicle was sent to the Galaxy Service Station at Motinagar, New Delhi for repair purpose and insurance claim on 13/09/2009. The photographs of the damaged vehicle are attached for your reference. I would like to inform you that my experience with the workshop has been very poor and I feel that we have been cheated.

                                      Firstly, the workshop was informed that no welding should be done as it would reduce the safety aspects of the vehicle. I was informed that the workshop as an authorized Toyota service center only replaces the parts and does not do any welding to parts. However, when we got the vehicle we have been informed that welding has been done to certain portions.

                                      We want to get a confirmation from Toyota that does it authorize its workshops to do welding of beams. If so, does this welding compromise the safety aspects of the Innova Car, especially the GOA Body, the high rigidity frame, and the side door impact beams.

                                      Also, if no welding should be done, then why was the welding of the beam done during repair of our car. Why was not the replacement done, and the information shared with the insurance firm so that we could have processed the claim accordingly and if it was beyond repair the same should have been stated to the insurance firm.

                                      Secondly, the workshop informed that it would take between ten to fifteen days for the repair. However, I got my car on the 7/10/2011(almost one month). The repairs delayed for various reasons. Thus for almost a month I have not been able to use the car, while I have been paying the EMI on the loan for the car.

                                      Thirdly, the workshop informed that the car was ready to be delivered, but the delivery will not happen due to delay in processing of the cheque by the insurance firm. However, after five days when we did get the car it was in a poor condition. The spare wheel was missing, certain portion on the sides which were also damaged had not been repaired, the rubber lining on the roof from one side was missing. The car had not been cleaned properly. It clearly shows that a very shoddy job had been done by the workshop and we have been denied adequate compensation due to poor assessment by the workshop.
                                      I believe I have been provided a much inferior and less safe car after I had given it to the Toyota Authorized workshop and I have also been denied adequate compensation from the insurance firm due to the workshop. I request that the car be replaced and I be provided with a more secure and safe car.

                                      Further the delay and the treatment has been impacting my work at office and causing me a lot of inconvenience.
                                      I request you to kindly investigate the matter and resolve this issue ASAP.

                                      as mentioned above i have purchased a Toyota liva diesel on 23rd of October 2011 from anand Toyota solan Himachal Pradesh.
                                      On the first service when i visited the showroom on 31st October 2011 i had complaints regarding the reduction in the air pressure. it was 24 psi when checked by the works manager which was suppose to be 32 psi as mentioned in the chart. as directed by the service engineer at the showroom the rims of the vehicle were leaking out air pressure. all he suggested was he will try for the replacement.
                                      At the time of service at 5000 kms on 4th January 2012 when i complained regarding the noise from the front wheels and the air pressure issues the engineer just conveyed that he has already placed the complaint and i will receive i replacement from the company as soon as the stock is received by the showroom.
                                      at the time of paid alignment on 18th Feb at 7000 kms when i visited the showroom the engineer told me that they will maintain the air pressure and check the rims again at the time of alignment the engineer on the machine also told me that the chamber of the wheel is not perfect and out by 27 degrees negative which is not adjustable also the tyres will be worn out at low mileage, also it was told that the air pressure is to be checked after a weeks time.
                                      when i visited the showroom after a week at 10000 kms the engineer again checked the air pressure and told us that the rims are bend and cannot be replaced and no positive response was being received till date.
                                      what the industry says that Toyota's are pioneer's in their service, quality and customer satisfaction which after this incidence i will never trust this brand again. what cheap kind of service and what cheap kind of products does the company uses. it would have been better if i wouldn't have purchased a Toyota liva. i would have gone in for a Suzuki swift because maruti is best in their services and customer satisfaction at maruti is 100%.
                                      now although after waiting for a month's time i have replaced my rims with alloy wheels but i can never trust a brand like Toyota.
                                      if any one in the near future asks me about the perfomence of the car i will make sure that i do-not recommend your brand to any one.

                                      We have booked one no of Toyota Innova Car from this point, the payment is also clear.Now since 19th September 2012, we are trying to take possession of our car, but your dealer is insisting us to register the car from their side and only then they would release our Car.

                                      At the time of submitting quotation to the bank, the dealer had given us the quotation only for the ex showroom cost of the car and there was no mention of registration charges, which is already submitted at the bank and they have sanctioned the loan amount accordingly.We do not agree for the same as we need choice number which is not feasible at the dealer point. Sir, we have clarified all these points to your dealer, but they seem to pay least attention to it. Previously also we have taken few cars from other dealers too, but all those were our self registration.

                                      Now while everything is clear and the payment is fully paid then, just at the time of CAR delivery why such harassment to us ?? Why do they insist of registration now, which is futile issue ?When do we get OUR CAR? Who would take the responsibility for the same?

                                      Incase this is the rule of your company to deliver the car only ex-registration from your showroom then :

                                      1. Please give the same in writing.
                                      2. Or Cancel the booking and return us the entire money with pennel intererest.
                                      3. Or We would approach the Consumer Forum.

                                      We are visiting your showroom for the last 10 days, but they seem to stick to their point. We are awaiting a quick response from your end. Incase you fail to give us a written confirmation or deliver the car within next tommorrow, then please return us the entire money with interest at the earliest, lest we would be forced to knock the doors of the Consumer Forum.

                                      I purchased the above car on 13.09.2013 from your Madurai agent M/s. Anaamalai’s Toyota but I had taken delivery after two months only because of getting delay in fancy number (TN 64 F 786) from RTO. The car is not much used and sofar it has done only 13746 km.

                                      Recently while I cleaned the car, I found some black dots as paint peeling on some parts of the body. Immediately the next day on 15.09.14, the car was sent thro’ my driver to your agent workshop for the remedy but I was not given proper response. Throughout that day my driver roaming from pillar to post to find out the right person for complaint lodging. In the evening my driver was sent with a blank report that the paint peeling is not manufacturing defect without specify the exact reason. When I contacted the customer care, I was told to wait for two more days.

                                      On 16.09.14, the paint peeling was developed in some parts also which was duly informed to your agent’s customer care by mobile as well as by mail. The next day two staff from your agent office came to my house where the car is parking for inspection afterwards no words from your Madurai agent office.

                                      Further, when the car was sent on 15.09.14 in first instance, thro my driver, I was told that somebody scratched the paint with blade. If so, how the peeling complaint developed in some parts in next day ? Anybody’s damaged their own vehicle by doing such acts? Why your Madurai agent responded in such a way.

                                      Please register my complaint and do needful urgently because I am having freusdous metal agony sir.

                                      I had purchased a toyota altis in 2011 from pioneer toyota chandigarh bearing registration no. Ch-01 ah-5558 . The vehicle was runnig fine untill i had a service of the vehicle from radiant toyota, ludhiana on[protected] vide their tax invoice no. Tax[protected]. After taking delivery of the vehicle in the evening, the vehicle had a starting problem, next day also i.E.[protected] the vehicle had a starting problem since i had to go to gurgaon so i had my vehicle checked at mgf toyota gurgaon where a person by the name of manoj attended to my car and he informed me that a pin of ecm has been broken due to the negligence of service people at radiant ludhiana and asked me to take the vehicle back to radiant toyota ludhiana
                                      Finally my ordeal starts now, i took my vehicle to radiant toyota on[protected] where a person by the name of quidinder attented my car and said that the ecm is damaged and it will cost rs. 9000/- to get it repaired from outside but my contention was that since the vehicle starting giving the problem after service so i am not going to bear the expenses and then after i have called the toyota helpline no. [protected] atleast 10 times since[protected] everytime a different person takes my call ( mr.Sanchit, mr.Amar, mr mobin, mr. Ahmad, ) everytime i call up i have to relate whole of the incident and they promise to do the needful but nothing has happened till now.
                                      I was satisfied with the performance of toyota altis that is why i had bought another toyota altis from radiant toyota in 2012 bearing registration no. Pb-10 dd 0060 in the name of m/s nav bharat goods carrier, but the a vehicle is to be judged in terms of after sales service and that is where i am having a bad experience, i hope toyota lives upto its name and reputation and needful will be done

                                      I purchased a Etios Vxi car on 9th Jan2016 from Silver moon Toyota, Kangra_HP with temp no. HP 68, 3241. Promised to give you free insurance along with accessories upto RS. 40, 000/-

                                      The payment was extracted in advance and but I have to get the commitments. The behaviour and the service part is poor. Even MD Mr. Mohan Singh has not bothered to care for the complaint and even their so called helplines no. are mere eye wash. We feel really cheated.
                                      Quality and integrity is A BIG QUESTION MARK as has been shown and promised.
                                      BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR CHEATING TACTICS.

                                      It is really extremely unpleasant experience with TOYOTA TAG.

                                      I purchased a Etios Vxi car on 9th Jan2016 from Silver moon Toyota, Kangra_HP with temp no. HP 68, 3241. Promised to give you free insurance along with accessories upto RS. 40, 000/-

                                      The payment was extracted in advance and but I have to get the commitments. The behaviour and the service part is poor. Even MD Mr. Mohan Singh has not bothered to care for the complaint and even their so called helplines no. are mere eye wash. We feel really cheated.
                                      Quality and integrity is A BIG QUESTION MARK as has been shown and promised.
                                      BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR CHEATING TACTICS.

                                      It is really extremely unpleasant experience with TOYOTA TAG.
