I, Allen Fernandes am the owner of a Toyota Innova 2018 (MH48BH2526) who lives in Vasai India 401202.
I have been running from pillar to post to get a right contact detail of Toyota India. It's so surprising that even the call centre[protected] refused to give me the email ID of Toyota management.
I would like to know when did Toyota changed its 80/20 rule to 20/80 rule?
Also, in the Vasai - India workshop there are many signage explaining QUALITY. But, it's sad to say that the middle seat hinges part is NOT available. What if the springs or other parts in that assembly gets damaged while driving? Will Toyota bear the additional cost?

Even after spking to Mr Nash Rodrigues he too is refusing to replace the part under warranty saying it’s a unique case. If it’s so, he is proving it that it’s a defect and has to be replaced under warranty.

If you could address my concerns, it would be great or if you could forward his mail to the concerned office in India with a copy to self.

    Iam in QATAR .I have Toyota corolla 2012 . now my car dashboard is melted .i cant touch my dashboard & very bad smell also coming from melted dashboard . This smell making health issue . I already so many times informed QATAR Local dealer (Abdullah abdulghani - TOYOTA QATAR DEALER) they are refused to receive my car .this is 100 % bad quality dashboard so kindly recall my car & replace my dashboard .

      I am Shaman Jain from Chandigarh and a loyal customer of Toyota, I have been using Toyota cars since last almost 15 years. Few days back I had sent my Innova Crysta bearing no CH01BG 3126 for servicing in which I had got a call for additional work of oiling and greasing the door and other parts of the car for which it was even charged in the bill. But to the utmost shock the company like Toyota is cheating customers by charging what has never been done/ performed and trying to fool customers. On getting the call for the feedback from the dealer I raised this issue and the very simple reply was sent to the car again we will get it done, wow what a reply. You keep the car for the entire day, deliver the car saying it has been thoroughly done, charge the customer for what has never been done and cheat the customers. It's very easy for a company to say send the car again but why ??? Is your employees not capable of performing their duty and just know how to raise the bills and cheat customers?. I am sorry to know this and will sureply not take my car to this dealer again.

            I purchased a 2021 Toyota Camry May of 2021. My car intermittently won’t start unless I press the key fob against the ignition. My car has been doing this every since I drove it off the lot brand new. Toyota hasn’t fixed it because they can’t duplicate the problem or unless they see it when it happens. I have taken videos when it happens, but they are not enough for the service department. Batteries were changed in key fob and a key fob was replaced and I have followed all the suggestions that I have been given by the service department. My car only has 7500 miles on it now. Today I took it to another dealership and was told that the issue couldn’t be fixed unless they could duplicate the problem. I have called the Toyota Engagement center over 10 times and they only take sides with the dealership and told me that I can no longer take my car to the dealership that I bought it from. I purchased it from Rocky Mount Toyota. I am very frustrated with this problem and it’s not right that my car can’t be fixed because they can’t duplicate the problem.

              April 11 i give up my Car Toyota Corolla 2020, to fix mainly some scratches and front bomber, i checked back on April 24 i found nothing started and my car was in much more scratches and front glass cracked

              i was treated with very bad attitude and neglect

                As the dealer at Dibrugarh borah toyota is not accepting the cheque mode payment, my vehicle was given for servicing on 18th April, and the service was completed on 19th the dealer is saying to make cash payment they does accept cheque payment

                    Sir booked a toyota innova on Dec 8th 2022 by paying an advance of 10 lakhs to Yashoda krishna Toyota at hyderabad.
                    Despite many requests to dealership and to toyota no reply or action by them.

                    Many customers like me also waiting for reply. Surprise that such a great brand has such a callous attitude towards customers.please help to sort out my problem.

                      I undersigned having TOYOTA GLANZA CAR MH 26 BQ 3678 in my name. Which I have purchased on 19 FEB 2020 . As per norms I have to go for servicing after 20000 km but they going on calling and sending messages frequently your warranty will expire please get it done paid servicing. Even I have not completed more than 16000km my run. Well by believing them I have taken above vehicle for servicing. But their representative is not ready to listen my vehicle problem. At last incharge of the unit interfered and assured that he will solve all my problems of the vehicle. I have handed over vehicle at 13.30 hrs and they returned vehicle without solving single problem which is raised by me. And they handed over vehicle with huge bill. They even properly not washed interior . Out side vehicle washed but water stains lying on the glass as it is. MIDD display inside stains are as it is. Gear stick lever leather is worn-out inspite of complaint not attended the same. After giving delivery of the vehicle . After taking delivery of the vehicle, For going out of the from gate they stopped for 20-25 mins. Overall at above service centre I got bitter experience. They may be penalized for the same and harrassing one Govt servant by taking lot of time.
                      Toyota is reputed company and I never expected such nuciance with customer.
                      In the name of inspection of the vehicle they collected RS 2118.10 and they have not checked even complaint or greivanvces given by the customer. Hence it should be returned with penalty.

                          I own an etios liva 2019 model (vxd variant, diesel). Within 20000 km the Bluetooth connectivity of the stereo was affected by some connection troubles, even though the video of the damage was submitted as proof, the warranty was declined by the authorities.
                          Subsequently, The car was also having a mileage dearth. The average mileage of my car was 13 km approx so the vehicle was taken for its service at 30000 km and asked to check the fuel efficiency of the vehicle. Later the service executive named Abhishek just informed me that they have checked the parameters of mileage and it is absolutely fine. Due to the immense shortage of mileage, I was forced to check the vehicle again, so I gave the car to a private mechanic and in his observation, it was found that the air filter and diesel filter were not replaced even though their condition was exacerbated (kindly see the attachments for reference). Subsequently, it was also found that the break of the rear left wheel was jammed. And it was clear that these are the key reason for milage shortage. and about 3000 rupees were charged for that by the local workshop. The complaint that I brought up about the mileage was ignored by the service executive and I am not happy with the way executives behaved toward me. And if I am not getting a favourable replay from Toyota I will approach The consumer court for further trials.

                                I have booked Camry hybrid with your Hyderabad dealer Radhakrishna Toyeta and paid advance of one lakh rupees on 26 th July 2021 by RTGS and got receipt on whatsup on 27 th July . I was told in January 2022 that car delivery will come in January end . On 19 th January performa invoice was given to me based on which I got loan approved from HDFC bank too. However I was told that as I have booked pearl white colour delivery will come in mid February .
                                I personally went to Radhakrishna Toyeta as their manager Mr. Rajesh stopped taking phone calls and I was given contact details of their GM Mr. Ishwar and was told that definitely before February car delivery will be given. However Mr. Ishwar has stopped taking mobile calls nor reply whatsup nor calls back. After making various calls Mr. Rajesh of sales lifted call today and is talking about giving refund of deposit . This is uncalled for and very bad on part of your dealer to behave this way after taking advance in July . My booking done is in name of my company Sanghavi Industries Pvt Ltd and performa invoice given is of date 18 th January 2022.

                                  Driving down the highway an alert came up on my display: "blind spot monitor not available". Took the truck into the dealer in Reno, NV. They said the system needed to be re-calibrated to the tune of some $800.00. I purchased the maintenance contract for this vehicle just as I did for my 2003 Tacoma. They said the rear bumper was ever so slightly misaligned (parking lot bump?) so the issue was due to "external cause" and therefore not covered with the warranty. I checked and did find that it might be 1/16" closer to the body, but not much. This TRD model is supposed to be able to go off road, in all types of hostile environments bouncing up and down like crazy. I have a hard time believing that a parking lot bump would invalidate the extended warranty. I think Toyota should step up to the plate and re-calibrate the monitor.

                                    I'm Colonel Bobby Mann, A serving defense officer in Indian Army. I've booked a Innova V manual through CSD with pioneer Toyota at Chandigarh. I've booked the car on 02 dec 2021 and the vehicle is still not delivered. However, the dealer has assured me that it will be delivered by 6 Feb 2022.
                                    May i request that if it is delayed beyond 6 Feb 22, then i have to come again to collect the same. I'm moving on duty to a new place. Kindly understand my plight and honor my request. I always read the Toyota concept of just in time . Regards. [protected]

                                      I purchased a 2019 Rav4 (my third Rav4) because I wanted to update to an on screen GPS. In January, I was notified that the Scout GPS was only for 2 years so I paid for an annual subscription.
                                      Today I go out and the GPS is not working. I called the dealership to be told that program had been discontinued and there was no replacement. I was advised I could either get an Apple phone or trade in for a new car. I paid $35K for this and it has 28K miles on it. The problem and solution are absolutely unacceptable. I am retired and this was to be my forever car. I sincerely hope that you are planning to roll out something to fix this problem as this was an Implied function of the car.
                                      I have no intentions of getting a new car but I will say if I do it WILL NOT BE A TOYOTA!!
                                      Please advise of the solution you plan for this problem.

                                        I purchased and Toyota Glanza in Oct 2019 from Toyota showroom. But right from that day I found a major issue of car getting discharged within 24-48 hours. After that I made several complains to the company. Than they used to do something or the other and used to say your car is not running much which surprised me as on an average 30 km is running daily. From then I used to go on regular complains and in every service I used to state the same issue to be solved but they use to charge 8-12 K every time and stating the issue has been solved but still the issue is not solved. after 1.5 years technician said that there is an issue with the battery so you need to replace with a new one I was surprised just within 1.5 years i need to get the new battery for new car. They gave the price which was quite high compare to what we purchase from outside which i did from an Amron Showroom. I thought now the issue will be solved but all in vain the issue still persisted and then agin I raised complain but still no resolution this is going on and now I am totally annoyed after spending money so much I purchased a car wher I cannot take my family in it outside thinking of if car does not start than it will be a problem. I have submitted the car to Toyota service station and will not take it bake until the problem is solved. I want the money back or Car to be replaced with another one immediately.
