I booked fortuner 4*2 auto at globe toyota mohali on Oct 21, 2021 on that time dealership asuured me to deliver car in January 2022, but now they are not able to give any satisfactory reply about the delivery of car.. i m fed up due to dealership's irresponsible behavior..

    Hi There,
    Hope you are doing well.
    I just want to inform you that we have been really disappointed with the latest car service provided by the Toyota car dealership at SBS Nagar on 26 of december and i received my car january 6th, 2022. my car no is PB 20 D 7786.
    The services provided was pathetic they didn’t repaired my car properly since i have issues with my back sensor and the wiring has not been done properly. the back mirror wipers have leakage inside the car and the car alignment has been screwed up.
    This is not what i expected from the brand like toyota.

    also i didn’t get any replacement during this time.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am writing to complain about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service. I am facing lot of problem in my car.

      I dropped my Innova Crysta 2.8 Z With Registration number PB 91B 0033 at your service center in sirhand. I am facing lots of problem in the car as it does not start its a third time i am facing problem in the car. First time car was there for 3 days then second time it was again in your service center for 4 days.Total it was for 7 Days. I noticed that your team failed to rectify one of the car problem. I am completely fed up from this car. It feel that i have wasted my 27 lakh rupees on this car.i have showed them video of the car that it says check your engine, engine pressure reduced etc

            જત આપશ્રી ને જણાવાનું કે અમે તારીખ ૦૪/૦૧/૨૦૨૦ ના રોજ ભાવનગર ટોયોટો કંપની શોરૂમ (જાય ગણેશ ઓટોક્રોપ પ્રા. લી. માં ADBLUE ઓઇલ લેવા ગયા ત્યાં શોરૂમ તરફ થી અમોને લેબર ચાર્જ લગાવામાં આવ્યો હતો પણ અમે ત્યાં કોઈ પણ જાત ની સર્વિસ કરાવેલ નથી તો અમે VD DASHANI ને મળેલ તો તે વ્યક્તિ એ રૂડલી જવાબ આપ્યો કે આપને ઓઇલ લેવું હોઈ તો લો લેબર ચાર્જ લાગશે જ. તો આપશ્રી અમોને જણાવશો કે કોઈ પણ જાત ની સર્વિસ કર્યા વગર લેબર ચાર્જ કઈ રીતે લાગે?

              Dear Toyota. Our innova crysta 2.4z with 17 inch wheels had a spontaneous tyre Burst of both right and left tyres while travelling from Hyderabad to HD kote Karnataka at 4 am in the morning in thick jungle with 4 kids and 4 adults. I didnot find the reason for burst of this Bridgestone tyre. Inner margin of the tyre has come out open from the rim of front tyre and both rims bent. Vehicle was around 80kmph .kindly look into the reasons.

                I hope my email finds you well, I'd like to trasfer a quality picture, as one of thousands of customers in Egypt, regarding the quality of some parts in Corolla chipped to our country. The front glass is almost replaced in over 80% of customers regarding the new generation of the car which is broken from nothing, many customers had to change it in there 1st 1000 mile. Also, the wheel tyres are a frequent complain regarding rouqhness, harshness and Great Noise delivered to cabine, many customers had to change it on their own cost after 5000 mile.

                I hope my complains reach you well and waiting for your actions regarding this matter.

                  Exactly 11 days back I purchased a Toyota Fortuner 4x4 AT Diesel 2.8, on 13-Dec-2021 from dealer Nandi Toyota Kudlu gate, Bangalore. I have booked the vehicle on 01-Nov-2021 and the dealer promised the delivery on 13-Nov-2021. After the booking, the dealer kept delaying the delivery date and finally on 8-Dec-2021 when I went to cancel the booking, the sales team asked me to give 1 more day to check the availability. The next day the sales team got a car available all of a sudden. I went ahead and did the full payment by 10-Dec-2021 within 2 days and asked for delivery on 13-Dec-2021. The delivery experience also was bad. Sales team did not arrange any handover ceremony. They also had many mistakes in billing and I had to sit personally with a calculator to find the final amount to pay. The difference between actual amount to pay and asked amount was more than a lakh rupees.

                  After such an annoying sales experience, I got my car on 13-Dec-2021, and within a week’s time 22-Dec-2021, the car had barely driven 200 km and it started showing an engine problem on the display. I reported the issue on Toyota RoadSide Assistance and they sent a towing truck to evaluate the issue. Imagine a car worth half a cror barely driven 200 km and a week old, is showing an engine problem. Tow truck has taken the car to the same dealer’s service center. After having the car for more than 2-3 days with them, the service team of Nandi Toyota Kudlu Gate, were clueless about what was the problem. They communicated at least 3-4 Error codes over the phone. But when we personally visited to check the car they said only 1 error code about solenoid in Automatic Transmission. When I am writing this email 24-Dec-2021, the issue is still not resolved or not even properly analyzed. Both Service Manager and CRM Head are still not sure about the actual issue and timeline to fix the issue.

                  After spending 0.5 crore of my hard earned money, I do not want to settle with a defective car which has issues with its engine and transmission. They are the heart and soul of any car.

                  I hope Toyota values its brand and is known for its Japanese quality and customer care over the decades. This was the only reason I have opted for such an expensive car from Toyota, and not trusted any other Chinese company in the market.

                  I will go to the maximum of my abilities to protect me and my family from this situation. I do not want the same car anymore. Either Toyota should provide a replacement car for this, or refund the full amount. I would not want to go legal about this and want to sort this issue out of consumer court professionally.

                    Hi Team,

                    I am writing on behalf of the issue mentioned in ticket number [protected]. I own a toyota Fortuner car and it was sent to service center in 23 nov 2021 . I have mentioned issues regarding fuel sensor ( fuel tank is empty and still on meter it displayed full). Service team falsely committed it to be fixed and it was not at all checked or fixed. I resent the car few days back and after keeping it (team kept this vehicle parked for whole day without inspection) they responded on next day that part is not available. You can take your car back. This clearly shows how unprofessional service staff and team lead are available at sunny toyota, agra. I don’t know why they falsely committed issue to be fixed and second time again they kept me waiting for whole day and asked me to leave the car for repair work on next day. And still didn’t do it. I am really disappointed with the response by the staff and management.

                        Dear sir I Toyota family customer since 2014. I have send vechile for repair at kalaburgi show room. Karuna Toyota. Vechile in date 10.11.21 till today I have not received vechile. Vechile have insurance but . No staff is taking responsibility to call or infrom to insurance company. Finally I have informed to insurance company. Now issue is vechile battery was in good condition at time I have given. .now they saying battery is dead. How is it possible. Who is responsible for this loss. [protected]

                          Dear team, I had purchased XUV500 on 29th from Toyota u trust, but service is worst... First they will tell they clear all the problems.. but later they won't respond at all.. at the time of delivery they even didn't washed properly... We had to wait for 3 hour just for water wash.. they even did't check properly or clean before giving the car.. it was night time we thought they have done properly... but in the morning when I saw the vehicle it was not even cleaned properly.. I thought its brand they will provide good service or good car... I have to contact multiple time to clear my issue.. one or the other problems... They will tell that they provide warranty and solve problems if any... But when I try to call them they will not respond or even don't pick my call. Think before buying.. Finally when I checked the history of car it is accidental n windshield is being changed and even right side bumper is painted... thank very much team.. Toyota u trust in not worth to trust...

                            I have bought new Toyota crysta vehicle in the month of July 2021 in Viva Toyota, Bangalore & facing tyre busting issue in the month of August 2 tyres got busted after the issue tyre mfg Bridgestone rejected the claim as external impact I have replaced the same by claiming the insurance after the the same thing again happened in the month of November now also same reply from Bridgestone its a very serious issue what almost Innova Crysta Z model owner are facing Toyota playing with there customers life, don't have value for there customers.
                            I am requesting you to help all the Toyota owner by investigate on the raised issue.

                              I brought TOYOTA GLANZA G on 15.11.2021.
                              Payments are followed behind executives by Customer several times for booking. False promises committed by executives in showroom regarding discounts. On the day of delivery, they charged for all without discounts. Extended warry was not committed by Customer, Executives proposed for complimentary as a discount but they charged during a day of delivery on command. totally unacceptable. Calculations projected from Rs 22, 000 too Rs 1, 18, 000 by executives as pending. Very unethical manners of handling Customers. Executives play with the emotion of Customers in end moments. Car delivered with the faulty product. No light in the luggage area, semi-floor mats. Extra accessories requested are not fitted at the time of delivery but payment was taken. Since the day after delivery no follow-ups from the Showroom to ensure the backlogs. This is a very painful fact. Every Customer comes to the Showroom with hope they get backlogs done. still no response. Customers need to go and wait when they call. Since i raised issues, they are torturing me by giving false commitments to come and get it done. Even today accessories are not ready to fit. Again informing to come some other day to get it done.

                              RTO Registration day payment delayed for one day, made customers stand in front of RTO Office for 6 hours. No commitment of time.

                              I strictly need actions to be taken on the executives or showroom representatives for this. Mr. Naveen (Sales), Mr. Chetan (Sales), and Mr. Anil (Accessories Head) worst executives in handling the Customer.

                              I myself am from the middle class. I have taken a loan and gifted a car to My Dad. Mt first asset to my family. This is what I got a reward from Toyota. I never expected this.

                              Please ensure the justice for my struggle earned money.

                                Purchased New Innova Crysta but the seat colours were wrong. Supplied Hazel Brown instead of Camel Tan. Both dealer (Coimbatore Anamalais Toyota) and company are not responding. Dealer is repeatedly arguing that Toyota website is wrong!!Very poor customer support from both sides inspite of our repeated contacts. The steering wheel is in tilted condition while driving and we are surprised to note what kind of quality checks they made. Suspension is too hard and not like the old Innova cars. Steering is also too tight. Noisy engine at low speeds. Ultimately we realised we made a wrong choice in selecting this vehicle as one among our various vehicles. This will be our last Toyota and will never buy another Toyota. Hats off Toyota Kirloskar!!

                                        I have booked urban cruiser premium from bareilly on 27 October 202 1and delivery was expected on 10th November but not yet received . On asking them they told me to cancel the order and look any other company.. customer care is also not responding..
